These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of griswoldlabs.com (the "Site"), operated by GriswoldLabs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational and educational purposes. You may access and view content on the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Code snippets presented in blog posts or case studies may be used for personal or commercial purposes unless explicitly marked otherwise. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
3. User-Submitted Content
The Site does not currently host user comments or submissions. If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas by email, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
4. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Google AdSense advertisements, GitHub, Ko-fi, and other external resources). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk.
5. Advertising
The Site displays advertisements through Google AdSense and may participate in affiliate programs. We are not responsible for the content of ads or products advertised on the Site. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
6. Professional Services
Any consulting, freelance, or professional services offered through the Site are governed by separate engagement agreements. Information on the Services page is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contract or offer to perform services.
7. No Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Technical content — including tutorials, configuration examples, and code — is provided for educational purposes. Always test in a non-production environment before applying to critical systems. You are responsible for your own systems and data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GriswoldLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GriswoldLabs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida.
