What it does

- Set a custom beat from 0.5 to 45 Hz and a carrier from 100 to 500 Hz
- Ramp the beat frequency over a session
- Switch to isochronic mode for speaker listening
- Layer pink or brown noise and set a timer from 1 to 240 minutes
- Save sessions and set a daily bedtime reminder
