SaleFinder ("the App") helps you find and plan trips to garage sales, yard sales, and estate sales. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

Data Collection

SaleFinder does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

• No analytics - We do not use any analytics or tracking services.
• No network requests - The App does not transmit data to external servers.
• No accounts - No sign-up or login is required.
• No advertising - The App contains no ads or ad tracking.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Saved sales - Sale titles, addresses, dates, descriptions, and categories you add or save.
• Favorites - Sales you mark as favorites for route planning.
• App preferences - Your filter settings and display preferences.

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, third party, or the App developer.

Permissions

• Location - Used to find garage sales near your current location, calculate distances, and provide directions. Location is accessed only while the app is in use, never in the background. Location data is not stored or transmitted.

Maps and Directions

When you request directions to a sale, the App opens Google Maps or your default maps application. This is handled by your device's operating system, not by the App directly. Please refer to your maps app's privacy policy for information about how it handles your data.

Third-Party Services

SaleFinder does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect user data. The map view uses device-native map rendering.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The App does not collect any information from anyone.

Data Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. To delete all App data:

• Use the "Clear All Data" option in the App's Settings screen, or
• Clear the App data in your device's application settings, or
• Uninstall the App from your device.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
