Certivo is developed by GriswoldLabs. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data Collection

Certivo does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

All warranty information, photos, and settings are stored locally on your device. No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.

Data Stored Locally

• Warranty details (product name, brand, model, purchase date, serial number, cost, notes)
• Receipt and product photos (stored as file references on your device)
• App settings and preferences
• Notification schedules for warranty reminders

Permissions

• Camera/Photo Library: Used only to photograph receipts and products. Photos stay on your device.
• Notifications: Used only for local warranty expiry reminders. No push notification service is used.

Third-Party Services

Certivo contains no advertising SDK and shows no ads in any version. It does not use any analytics service.

In-app purchases. The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play Billing on Android and by the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad. Google or Apple processes the payment and keeps the record (Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy); the app only learns whether the purchase is active. We never see your payment details. Restoring a purchase checks your Google Play or App Store account. Apart from Google Play Billing and the App Store, no third-party service, SDK or API is integrated.

Data Deletion

Delete all app data via Settings > Clear All Data, or by uninstalling the app.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13.
